George Paschalidis is Deputy Rector and Chair Professor at the Department of Psychology of the Russian Academy of Education and Research “Noosfera”. He got a Ph.D. in Psychology in January 2016 and he is rector at the branch of the “Noosfera” in Greece. Additionally he is member of the BoD of the Higher International Certification Commission of “Noosfera” and member of the BoD of the Association of Aviation Space, Sea, Extreme and Enviromental Medicine in Russia. He was born in 1957 and grew up in a farming family at Aiginio Pierias. He is married with Chrisoula and is father of two children. His research, which concerns the function of the human brain and body, started in 2000 and led to the discovery of the Paschalidis Tri-Anthropo-Type Model. The Model has been successfully applied to scientific fields such as Medicine, Education, Sports, Psychology and Business Administration. His work includes numerous seminars and lectures aiming at the improvement of the quality of life and at the increase of the average life span.
In 2010 he was awarded with the IX (9th) International Prize “Giuseppe Sciacca” of Pontificia Universita Urbaniana (City of the Vatican Pontifical Urban University) and in 2012 he was awarded the Unesco-Greece Art, Literature and Science Prize. In 2015, he became a member of the Association of Aviation Space, Sea, Extreme and Enviromental Medicine in Russia. In 2016 he was awarded with a Ph.D. in Psychology by the Academy of Education and Research “Noosfera” and he was honored by the Academy by offering him the Deputy Rector position in the Academy.
In 2016 he was awarded with the Affiliate Diploma, by the Physical Training and Physiotherapy Department of the Opole Polytechnic School of Poland. In 2017 he was also awarded with the Vladimir Vernadsky Medal for his contribution, with his scientific achievements to the fields of Psychiatry and Medicine.
